We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and/or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Hello@shopopulence.net. Please note that returns must be sent to 2901 Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78722. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Opulence does not pay for return shipping unless we send you the wrong item. For any return questions, contact us at Hello@shopopulence.net.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

Sale items, discounted items, or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

Items with removed tags or missing original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes)
For hygienic reasons, the following items are "Final Sale":

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds in Store Credit
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Opulence gift card. Returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive your item(s).
You will be notified via email once your return has been inspected and approved. If approved, you will receive a store credit certificate via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Hello@shopopulence.net.
